Our foray into hospitality began with The Beach House, a boutique hotel just steps from the serene shores of Birzebbuġa Beach. Designed to offer a tranquil retreat, The Beach House blends modern comfort with coastal charm.
From air-conditioned, soundproofed rooms with breathtaking sea views to a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and terrace perfect for unwinding, The Beach House embodies our vision for creating spaces that feel personal and inviting. Covo: Dining with a Mediterranean Twist
In June 2024, we unveiled Covo, our first restaurant, located along Birzebbuġa’s stunning coastline. More than just a dining destination, Covo reflects our desire to combine tradition with modernity. Its Mediterranean-inspired menu features both timeless classics—like sea bass and rabbit ravioli—and innovative creations, all prepared with meticulous care.
