Job Description
The Rostering Executive will lead the rostering function, ensuring the effective coordination and deployment of staff in line with operational and client requirements.
The role involves supervising the Rostering Officers, overseeing daily scheduling activities, improving rostering processes, and managing escalations related to staffing matters. In addition, the Rostering Executive will support workforce planning, analyse scheduling and performance data, contribute to service delivery enhancements, and promote clear and consistent communication across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Rostering Officers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling and workforce allocation in line with operational and client requirements.
- Act as the main point of escalation for rostering and service-related issues.
- Analyse workforce data and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth operations and accurate payroll and invoicing support.
- Maintain accurate records of shifts, attendance, and leave, ensuring timely preparation of monthly rosters.
- Promote effective communication, service quality, and adherence to company and data protection standards.
